Florence Attali proposes two essential approaches to working the body: good blood supply and good body posture.

1. In Florence's view, the diaphragm is our second heart. Correct use of this muscle allows you to supply all the other muscles with oxygen – and consequently with energy – and to regulate them. She therefore teaches her students to feel and work this muscle.

2. The second stage to the method is knowing how to position yourself more correctly in space, that is, in relation to your centre of gravity, with a proper distance between the torso and the limbs.

In practical terms, the lessons are taught in a gentle manner, covering, amongst other exercises, muscle elongation, stretching and hanging from wall bars. Other accessories are also used, such as tension exercisers, medicine balls, weights and bars (broom handles).
